• Guided tours available by appointment
• Catering, entertainment, additional tables/chairs, linens, tents, and all other amenities separate.
• Rental fee includes the venue, on site representative, use of all outdoor furniture and fire pits.
• Restrooms available for parties with guest count 100 and under
Rental Requirements
• $300 cleaning fee
• $250 refundable security deposit.
• Additional 50% six weeks prior to the event.
• 50% deposit and signed contract in order to hold the date.
